Terms of Service

What you're buying

Thread Transfer sells digital products: downloadable kits, templates, and frameworks. When you buy, you get files. You own those files. You can use them however you want within the license terms below.

License

When you purchase a kit, you get a license to:

• Use the kit for personal and commercial purposes
• Modify the templates and files for your own use
• Use outputs from the kit commercially (client work, products, etc.)
• Share modified outputs with your team (standard license covers 1 seat)

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the kit files themselves
• Claim the kit as your own creation
• Share your download link with others

Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. If you have a genuine issue (didn't receive the files, files are corrupted, etc.), email us at info@thread-transfer.com and we'll sort it out.

Updates

When we update a kit, you get the update for free. We'll email you when significant updates are available. You're not obligated to use updates—your original files still work.

No guarantees

We sell systems and frameworks, not outcomes. How you use the kits determines your results. We can't guarantee that the Discovery Machine will find you a billion-dollar idea or that Mirror Agent will make AI perfect.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the kit. We're not responsible for decisions you make using our products, business outcomes, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use our products after changes means you accept the new terms.
